This membership agreement has been entered into force by mutual acceptance with the electronic approval of the "Member" while becoming a member of www.turknatural.com (hereinafter referred to as the "site") and www.turknatural.com.

The User accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she has read the entire Membership Agreement, fully understands its content and approves all its provisions, with the electronic approval given while subscribing to the Site.

Definitions

Turk Natural Company, which operates the www.turknatural.com website, located at Fevzi Çakmak Mahallesi 10483 Sokak No 36 KARATAY/KONYA 42050 (hereinafter referred to as the "seller")

Site: It is a website that can be accessed from the online environment where various services and content are offered within the framework determined by www.turknatural.com.

Member: A natural or legal person who is a member of the Site and benefits from the Services offered on the Site, within the conditions specified in this agreement.

Buyer: Member who purchases the goods and/or services offered for sale by using the Services offered on the Site.

User: The person who visits the www.turknatural.com website, with or without shopping. 

Approval Process: It is the process that must be done by the member in order to activate the membership of the User by sending a message from the website www.turknatural.com in the membership form.

Website Terms of Use and Membership Agreement: This is the contract concluded electronically between the real and/or legal persons who will benefit from the commercial and personal services offered through the website and the www.turknatural.com website.

Subject and Scope of the Agreement

The subject of the Membership Agreement is the determination of the Services offered on the Site, the terms of benefiting from these Services, and the rights and obligations of the parties.

The scope of the Member Agreement is this agreement and its annexes, as well as all warnings, texts and statements made by the seller regarding the use, membership and Services included in the Site. By accepting the provisions of the Membership Agreement, the Member also accepts all kinds of statements made by the seller regarding the use, membership and Services contained in the Site. The Member accepts, declares and undertakes to act in accordance with all matters specified in the aforementioned statements.

The www.turknatural.com website and the services it will provide through the Site generally consist of electronic commerce defined in the Consumer Law legislation.

www.turknatural.com website, the services it will provide through the Site are, but not limited to; Products offered for sale at www.turknatural.com; After the fee is paid by the member, if the supplier's stock status is available, that is, what the contract imposes on the seller; If the obligation to deliver the goods is fulfillable; It is the delivery of the goods to the customer by the cargo company on behalf of www.turknatural.com, without any defects, within the promised time.

www.turknatural.com is completely free to determine the scope and nature of the services it will provide through the Site, and it is deemed to have put into effect the changes it will make regarding the services by publishing it on the Site.

In order to benefit from the services to be provided within the site, users must have the features to be determined by www.turknatural.com and to be specified in the content of the relevant section of the Site. www.turknatural.com is completely free to determine these features and it is deemed to have put into effect the changes it will make regarding the features by publishing it on the Site.

Membership and Service Terms of Use

Membership is completed by the person who wants to become a member from the relevant section of the Site, by sending the necessary identification information to become a member of the Site, and by completing the registration process and confirming the registration by the seller. Without completing the membership process, you cannot have the right and authority to become a Member as defined in this agreement.

In order to become a member of the site, it is necessary to be of age, to be authorized to represent and bind the legal person for legal person members, and not to be temporarily suspended from membership or banned from membership indefinitely by the seller within the scope of this agreement. For underage or legal entity members, applications made through persons who are not authorized to represent and bind the legal entity, or as stated above, the seller has been temporarily removed from membership or suspended from membership within the scope of this agreement; Applications made by persons who have been banned indefinitely from membership prevent the exercise of the rights arising from Membership, even if they have completed the Site registration process.

The Seller may terminate this agreement unilaterally and terminate the membership of the Member at any time, without giving any justification, without any notification, without any obligation to pay any compensation, with immediate effect, or without terminating the agreement.
